Just look at the very end between the CIA buildings.... if you look close you might even be able to see all the dirt and oil we catch with Bagarre. And not mentioning all the stupid boats and their captains who do not consider the wind (which blows towards the dock, very easy when it comes to tie ups but not as pleasant when we try pulling out, usually in the afternoons) and current.
